摘要
目的了解宁夏地区主要超市和农贸市场出售的主要食品中重金属污染状况。方法采用原子吸收和原子荧光仪对食品中4种重金属进行了检测。结果在1 594份样品中,铅检出率48.32%,超标率5.09%;镉检出率54.5%,超标率0.07%;汞检出率46.53%,超标率0.33%;铝检出率77.97%,超标率22.03%。各地区的铅、镉、汞的检出率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论宁夏主要食品的铅、镉、汞、铝重金属均有不同程度检出及超标,其中铝检出率最高,超标率最高。
Objective To investigate the situation about heavy metal contamination in primary food in large market and farmers market. Methods Four kinds of heavy metal in these samples were measured by AAS and AFS. Results A total of 1595 samples were tested. The detection rates of lead, cadmium, mercury and aluminium were respectively 48.32% ,54.5 % ,46.53 % and 77.97 %. The excessive rates of lead, cadmium mercury and aluminium were respectively 5.09% ,0.07% ,0.33% and 22.03%. There were significant differences in detection rates of lead,cadmium and mercury. Conclusion The lead, cadmium,mercury and aluminium have been detected with different degrees in foods in Ningxia. The detection rate of aluminium and the excessive rate is the highest.
