摘要
目的:通过监测吉林省九个地区食品中铅、镉含量,了解铅、镉的污染现状,并提出铅、镉可能的污染来源。方法:按照国家标准方法GB/T5009对样品进行前处理,并采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅、镉含量。结果:2001年-2008年共监测16类2766份食品中铅含量及2733份食品中镉含量,铅超标率为5.42%,镉超标率在5.74%。结论:吉林省九个地区食品中铅、镉污染目前并不严重,但各类食品中铅、镉都有检出,说明有不同程度的积累,其中茶叶、皮蛋、鱼类等食品中铅含量较高,而猪肾、鱼类、食用菌等食品中镉含量较高,对人体健康存在潜在的威胁。
Objective:Through data analysis on concentration of lead and cadmium in foods of nine cities in Jilin province,contamination situation of lead and cadmium and their possible resources was analyzed.Methods:Pb and Cd concentration were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after pre-treatment according to national standard method(GB/T5009).Results:The content of Pb in 2766 foodstuff and Cd in 2733 foodstuff,and 2733 foodstuff,about 16 kinds,were monitored from 2001 to 2008.It was found that 5.42% of lead,5.74% of cadmium were over standard.Conclusion:Result shows that pollution on lead and cadmium is not very serious.However,lead and cadmium was detected in all kinds of foodstuff.It means accumulation occurred.The concentration of lead was high in teas,preserved eggs and fishes.The concentration of cadmium was high in pig kidneys,fishes and mushroom.Potential harmful impact on human health may happen.
