摘要
根据循环球助力转向器,设计了新型的无刷直流电机循环球式助力转向器。转向器的设计包括样机设计和控制器设计两部分。并根据开环控制理论,设定助力时目标转矩不超过30 N.m。通过在轻型货车CA1037K2L上进行原地转向试验,验证了助力转向器的助力特性,并且获得了扭矩传感器标定曲线以及转向器试验曲线。试验结果表明:该无刷直流电机循环球式助力转向器能够满足轻型货车的助力需求。
We design a new circulation ball power steering gear for a brushless DC motor. The design consists of prototype circulation ball power steering gear and its controller. According to the openloop control theory, the tar get torque should not exceed 30 Nom when providing assistant power. Static steering power tests were carried out on a CA1037K2L light goods vehicle (LGV) to verify the steering power characteristics of the power steering gear. The response curves calibrated by a torque sensor and the test curves of the power steering gear were obtained. The test results show that the circulation ball power steering gear for the brushless DC motor can meet the requirements for the power steering of the LG~,
