摘要
目的:探讨外用蛤壳油糊对小鼠湿疹及豚鼠瘙痒模型的影响。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)反复激发小鼠耳壳造湿疹模型,在豚鼠右后足背破损皮肤上涂抹磷酸组织胺造瘙痒模型,观察大、小剂量文蛤油糊,大、小剂量青蛤油糊对小鼠右耳损伤程度、血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)含量、耳壳增重值、皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响以及对豚鼠磷酸组织胺致痒阈的影响。结果:大、小剂量文蛤油糊组,大、小剂量青蛤油糊组均可使小鼠右耳损伤程度、血清IL-4含量、耳壳增重值、皮肤毛细血管通透性显著降低(P<0.01),使豚鼠瘙痒阈显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:外用蛤壳油糊对动物湿疹及瘙痒有好的治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the external curative effect of clam shell oil paste on eczema mice model and itching guinea pigs model. Methods: Establish eczema mice model by DNCB stimulating the ear shell of mice, and itching guinea pigs model by histamine phosphate daubing the damaged skin of guinea pigs' right rear foot back, observe the effect of meretrix meretrix linnaeus oil paste and cyclina sinensis gmelin oil paste to the right ear damage degree, serum IL-4 content, ear shell weight increase value, blood capillary permeability of the skin of mice, and to the histamine phosphate itch threshold of guinea pigs. Results: Meretrix meretrix linnaeus oil paste and cyclina sinensis gmelin oil paste can reduce significantly the right ear damage degree, serum IL-4 content, ear shell weight increase value, blood capillary permeability of the skin of mice (P〈0.01), significantly improve the histamine phosphate itch threshold of guinea pigs (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Clam shell oil paste has good external curative effect on eczema mice model and itching guinea pigs model.
