摘要
阐述当前密封圈二维与三维有限元分析存在的不足,介绍一种密封圈二维与三维耦合的分析方法。该方法通过二维与三维的迭代计算,将被密封件的变形引入密封性能的评估,并考虑制造公差、热膨胀、结构变形等因素的影响,能综合分析密封圈与被密封件的结构强度;能有效减小CAE模型的计算规模,让发动机大型密封圈的密封、强度一体化分析成为可能。结合工程开发实例,详细介绍该方法的分析流程,以实例证明被密封件的变形对密封性能的影响不可忽略,采用二维与三维耦合的分析方法能对密封性能做出更全面、更准确的评估。
In order to improve the respective defects of current 2D and 3D analysis ot seal ring, a couphng IEA method of 2D & 3D was presented. In this method, the deflection of sealed component is taken into account for sealing evaluation, as well as the manufacturing tolerance, thermal expansion and deformation etc, so the structure strength and sealing per- formance can be analyzed as a whole through the iterative calculation with 2D & 3D. The CAE calculation scale is reduced in this method, which makes it possible for the integration analysis of sealing and strength of engine large seal ring. An en- gineering developing example was showed to describe the analysis procedure. The results indicate that this method is more exact for the comprehensive analysis of the sealing performance of seal ring.
