摘要
为考察某发动机机滤模块的密封性能,采用ABAQUS软件对其进行了有限元分析,考察其接触面的压力分布和位移情况。结果表明,采用ABAQUS软件分析得到的接触面的位移情况和应力分布与实际较为一致。在设定工况下,该密封垫圈接触面的压力分布较为均匀,能满足密封性能要求。
In order to inspect the sealing ability of some oil-filter model, the finite element analysis of the oil-filter model was carried out with ABAQUS, the pressure distribution and displacement of interface were discussed. The result shows the analysis result of ABAQUS is consistent with reality. For the seal ring of the oil-filter model, the pressure distribution of interface is uniform and it can meet the requirement of sealing ability in the given loading condition.
