摘要
三唑类杀菌剂在木材保护中有很大的应用潜力,为了开发一种合成路线短的三唑类杀菌剂——1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2-叔丁基-3-(4-氯苯氧基)-2-丙醇,探讨原料配比、反应温度和反应时间,对目标化合物产品收率的影响,并检测其抑菌性。结果表明,依据试验得出的优化工艺,合成的目标化合物收率高达62%,目标化合物对所选霉菌和木腐菌均有一定的抑制效果。
Triazole fungicide has demonstrated a great potential in wood preservation In order to develop a short synthetic route of triazole fungicides—1(1H1,2,4triazole1yl)2tertbutyl3 (4chlorophenoxy)2propanol, the authors investigated the effects of molar ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield of the target compound and evaluated its bacteriostasis The result showed that the yield of the target compound was about 62%, under the mole ratio of 1(2tertbutyl2,3epoxy propyl)1h1,4trichlorobenzene triazole methane sulfonate to pchlorophenol to sodium hydride 1∶12∶138, temperature 60 ℃ for 6 h The target compound also showed promising inhibitory effect on the selected mold and woodrotting fungi.
