摘要
粗脂肪含量是衡量蓖麻种子品质的一个重要指标,本文采用通蓖5号蓖麻种子作为材料,对索氏提取法中的油脂称重、滤纸包浸泡、滤纸包包法3个方面进行优化,采用优化后的方案提取的蓖麻粗脂肪杂质少、油脂澄清、获得率高.
Quality of caster seeds is usually determined by crude lipid content. In this paper, content of crude lipid in Tonghi NO.5, a native castor feed used extensively in animal husbandry in north China, was evaluated through opti-mized soxhlet extraction. The extraction was carried out by improvement of grease weighing, soaking and packaging of filter paper bag. Through this improved method, the clarified oil was thoroughly extracted with little impurity grease and high recovery from crude lipid.
