摘要
目的探讨ITI系统人工种植牙的围术期护理,总结护理经验。方法随机选取2010年12月～2012年11月在本院治疗的72例ITI系统人工种植牙患者作为调查对象,分成两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以围术期护理,比较护理后的效果情况。结果除了平均治疗费用比较无明显差异性外,其他的在平均随诊次数、生活质量评分、平均治疗时间(d)、患者满意度上两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组在成功率、失败率、复发率、感染率、并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ITI系统人工种植牙围术期进行有效的护理,有助于提高临床效果和患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for ITI dental implant and summarize the nursing experience. Methods Seventy-two cases of ITI system dental implant cases in our hospital from December 2010 to November 2012 were randomly chosen as the research object. They were divided into two groups, and the control group was taken with usual care, the observation group was given perioperative care, the effects after nursing were compared. Results In addition to the average treatment costs, there was no significant difference. The differences of mean follow-up times, quality of life score, the average time of treatment, and patients＇ satisfaction levels for the two groups were obvious between the two groups, there was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. The differences in success rate, failure rate, relapse rate, infection rate, complication rate of the control group and the observation group were significant, there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effective perioperative care for ITI system dental implant can effectively improve the clinical outcomes and patients＇ satisfaction.
