摘要
作者采用个别交谈、临床观察方法，通过对１２３名人工种植义齿初诊患者和４０名手术修复患者的临床心理活动特点的分析研究，将人工种植义齿修复各阶段患者临床心理活动分为四种类型，即乐观合作型（初诊时占３２．５％，手术期占４７．５％、手术恢复期占８２．５％、义齿修复期占９５％）；疑虑型（初诊占６２．５％、手术恢复期占１５％）；紧张恐惧型（手术恢复期占５２５％）；认知偏差型（初诊占５％、手术恢复期占２．５％、修复期占５％）。作者提出了在人工种植义齿修复各阶段对各型患者进行心理护理、矫正的方法。
The Autors reported the psychological analysis on patients with dental implant prosthesis.The authors differed patientS into several typical types and treated them with different methods in different stages.The results showed that it is important for the doctors to understand the psychological characteristics of patients who require the dental implant operation and prosthesis.
