摘要
目的观察一体化创伤急救模式应用于外科严重创伤急救中的效果。方法选择2010年5月-2012年5月我院收治的严重创伤患者35例作为观察组,另选择2008年4月-2010年4月我院收治的严重创伤患者30例作为对照组。对照组按常规急救程序进行救治,观察组实施一体化创伤急救模式。比较2组抢救成功率、确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者抢救成功率为97.1%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组确诊时间、急诊至手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化创伤急救模式可促进抢救工作顺利开展,提高抢救成功率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated emergency trauma model in the treatment of surgical severe trauma. Methods Selected 35 cases of severe trauma patients of 2010 May to 2012 May in our hospital, and seted as observation group,selected 30 cases of severe trauma patients of 2008 April to 2010 April in our hospital and seted as control group. Control group received routine emergency procedures for treatment, and observation group implemented integrated trauma emergency model. Compared the rescue successful rate, diagnosis time, emergency to operation time, hospitalization time and the complications occurrence rate of 2 groups. Results The rescue successful rate of observation group （97.1%） were higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The diagnosis time, emergency to operation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than that of control group, the complication occurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated emergency trauma model can promote the rescue work carried out smoothly,improve the successful rate of rescue, and worthy of clinical application.
