豫北农村区域性颅脑创伤急救模式初探 被引量：3

摘要 随着机动车辆的增多，交通事故的增加，安阳市农村地区颅脑创伤（TBI）发病率呈逐年上升趋势。由于TBI救治的特殊性，安阳市农村地区创伤急救所依托的乡镇卫生院已难以承担，市县“120”急救半径又过长，从而使发生于该地区的TBI成为伤后“黄金1h”救治的“弱势群体”，TBI急救的低“时效性”。是制约农村创伤急救水平的瓶颈。如何在现有医疗条件下加强农村TBI专科救治，一直是基层神经外科单位苦苦探索并力图解决的问题。本文通过对安阳市重型TBI救治系统…实施方法与临床效果的回顾总结，就建立农村地区TBI加强急救模式的可行性与技术经验进行初步探讨。
