摘要
目的探讨军队疗养院继续医学教育的办法和对策。方法分析军队疗养院继续医学教育工作现状和存在的主要问题,提出军队疗养院推进继续医学教育的对策措施。结果军队疗养院通过实施继续医学教育,可以更新、补充专业技术人员知识,拓展、提高他们的业务技能。结论继续医学教育是疗养院提高医务人员专业素质的有效途径。
Objective To probe into the ways and of continuing medical education at military sanatorium.Methods Current situation and existing problems of continuing medical education at military sanatorium were analyzed and countermeasures of boosting continuing medical education at military sanatorium were proposed.Results Military sanatorium can update and supplement knowledge of the professionals, expand and promote their professional skills through continuing medical education.Conclusion Continuing medical education is an effective way to improve professional competence of medical personnel at military sanatorium.
