摘要
随着我国高等教育的进一步发展,高校内部管理体制改革不断深入,如何科学配置、合理规范高校权力问题已成为当前一个重要的理论与现实问题。正确认识与合理界定高校行政权力和学术权力的内涵,分析行政权力和学术权力的行使范围,研究与构建高校行政权力与学术权力相对分离机制,将使行政权力与学术权力在运行过程中相互制衡、相互支撑、相互促进,有助于高等教育的健康发展。
With the further development of higher education in China and the deepening of progressional reforms of the internal management system of universities,distribute the power scientifically and standardize the power reasonably in the universities has become an important,theoretical and real problem.Giving correct understanding and reasonable definition of administrative power connotation and academic power connotation of the university,analyzing their performing range and studying and constructing a relative separation mechanism between them will make the administrative power and academic power check and balance,support and promote each other in the operation process,which will contribute to the healthy development of higher education.
