摘要
本文介绍了HSE管理体系的概念和发展,及其在建立和运行中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了几点建议。指出了体系的建立和运行是一个长期的过程,会遇到各种问题,只有共同努力才能确保其有效运行,确保企业走上可持续发展之路。
In this paper, the concept and deveIopent of HSE management system were described. The problems during the process of establishment and runing of the HSE system were elaborated arid some suggestions were proposed alining at the problems. In the other hand, the establishment of the HSE system was a long-term process and varied difficulties would been involved. The efficient running of the HSE system and tracking the sustainable developed road of the enterprises can be ensured none but by the work hard together.
