Analysis on Results of Urine Formed Elements Detection for 637 Cases

摘要 目的:探讨Sysmex UF-100i全自动尿沉渣分析仪(以下简称UF-100i)对尿液白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)和管型(CAST)等主要有形成分检测与传统显微镜检测的可比性。方法:分别采用UF-100i尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜镜检对637例门诊及住院患者的尿液标本进行检测,将结果进行对比分析。结果:UF-100i检测尿液有形成分阳性率分别为白细胞23.39%(149/637)、红细胞24.80%(158/637)、上皮细胞22.29%(142/637)、管型16.80%(107/637);显微镜检出阳性率分别为白细胞17.58%(112/637)、红细胞16.80%(107/637)、上皮细胞21.51%(137/637)、管型3.61%(23/637)。结论:UF-100i检测尿白细胞、红细胞和管型有较高的假阳性,不能完全取代显微镜检查,两种方法联合应用,可以提高检测结果的准确度。 Objective: To investigate the comparability in detecting urine leukocyte, erythrocyte, and casts by using Urinary sediment automatic anMyzer Sysmex UF-IOOi and sediment microscopy. Method: Urine specimens of 637 outpatients and inpatients were selected and all the samples were examined by UF-100i and microscopy respectively, then the results of two methods were compared. Result: Analyzed by UF-100i , the positive rate of urine leukocyte, erythrocyte, epithelial cells, and casts was 23.39% ( 149/637 ), 24.80% ( 158/637 ), 22.29% ( 142/637 ), and 16.80% ( 107/637 ) . Analyzed by sediment microscopy , the positive rate of urine leukocyte, erythrocyte, epithelial cells, and casts was 17.58%( 112/637 ), 16.80%( 107/637 ), 21.51% ( 137/637 ), and 3.61% ( 23/637 ) . Conclusion: There is a higher false positive rate in detecting urine leukocyte, erythrocyte, and casts by using UF-100i. Sediment microscopy can not be replaced by UF-IOOi. Combined application of these two methods would improve the accuracy in urine analysis.
