摘要
目的:探讨FUS-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测尿液有形成分的结果符合情况及影响因素。方法:随机选取尿液标本2000份,分别进行全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿沉渣显微镜有形成分检测,并对结果给予分析。结果:FUS-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪有快速、总体准确性及重复性好的优点,但也存在一定的干扰因素导致不同程度的假阳性和假阴性。结论:FUS-100尿沉渣分析检测不能代替镜检,只有将FUS-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测有效结合,才能达到既提高工作效率又保证结果准确性的目的,体现其临床应用价值。
Objective : To investigate the consistency merit analyzer and microscopy for the detection of urine and influencing factors of FUS - 100 automatic urinary sedi- tangible component. Methods: Two thousand urine speci- mens were randomly selected for tangible component detection by FUS - 100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscopy respectively, then the results were analyzed. Results: FUS- 100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer had the advantages of speed, good accuracy and repeatability, but there were also some interference factors leading to different levels of false positive and false negative. Conclusion : FUS - 100 urinary sediment analysis is not a substitute for microscopic examination, only the combination of FUS - 100 automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscope detection can improve efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the results, embodying the value in clinical application.
