摘要
目的探讨热毒宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染效果观察。方法 2011年01月至2012年02月诊治的符合入选标准小儿急性上呼吸道感染261例,分为常规治疗组120例,热毒宁组141例观察两组临床疗效。结果常规治疗组总有效率80.83%显著低于热毒宁组总有效率95.03%,两组总有效率比较P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论热毒宁注射液是经过现代工艺提取青嵩,金银花,栀子三味药精制而成[4],具有抗病毒、抑菌、消除炎症、提高调节机体免疫力的作用。方中青嵩归属肝、胆、肾经,性味苦辛寒,具有解暑、凉血、退虚热功效;栀子归属心、肺、胃三焦经,性味苦寒,具有凉血解毒,清热利湿,泻火除烦功能;金银花归属肝、胃、大肠经,性味甘、寒,具有清热解毒功能功效,合而共达疏风解表、清热解毒功效在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中应用热毒宁注射液能够显著的控制临床症状,缩短病程,促进疾病康复。
Objective To investigate the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infec- tion of Reduning effect observation. Methods 2011-01-2012-02 diagnosis and treatment in the children with a- cute upper respiratory tract infection in 261 cases, divided into the routine treatment group 120 cases, 141 cases of observation of Reduning group two groups of clinical curative effect.
