摘要
目的运用关联规则分析《中医方剂大词典》中肿瘤方单味药、药对与药组之间的关联关系,初步探讨肿瘤方的配伍规律。方法收集肿瘤方587首,分别采用频繁模式、Apriori算法,分析单味药、药对与药组之间的关联关系。结果显示肿瘤方选用的药物多具有活血化瘀、行气止痛的功效,代表药物如三棱、莪术、木香、陈皮等。结论肿瘤方用药多以活血化瘀与行气止痛药物配伍使用,在此基础上配伍补气健脾、温阳散寒或者化痰散结的药物等。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationships between the single drugs or the couplet medicines of the antitumor formula in Dictionary of Chinese Formula by using the association rules. MOTHODS 587 antitumor formula were collected and the relationship between single drugs and couplet medicines were analyzed by the frequent pattern and Apriori arithmetic. RESULTS Most of the drugs in antitumor formula have the functions of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis or promoting qi circulation and relieving pain, like Sanleng（Rhizoma Sparganii）, Ezhu（Rhizoma Curcumae）, Muxiang（Radix Aucklandiae）, Chenpi（Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae）. CONCLUSION The drugs in the antitumor formula are combined used and mainly have the function of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and promoting qi circulation and relieving pain. In base of this, tonifying qi and strengthening spleen, warming yang and resolving phlegm and masses drugs are also used.
