摘要
校企联合培养人才是高职教育改革与发展的新方向。文章分析了"双主体"人才培养的内涵,并结合行业特点,提出了广东食品药品职业学院与广东省医疗器械质量监督检验所"双主体"培养医疗器械质量管理与检测高端技能人才的模式,同时,介绍了校所"双主体"人才培养的实施方案及保障机制。
School-enterprise cooperation in talents training is a new trend in the reform and development of vocational education in China. This paper analyzes the connotation of dual-subject talents training1 and by relating the characteristics of the industry it proposes the dual-subject″ talents training mode under the cooperation between Guangdong Food And Drug Vocational College and Guangdong Medical Instrument Quality Supervision and Test Institute to train highly-skilled talents of medical instrument quality management and test. This paper also discusses the implementation scheme and guarantee mechanism of the school-institute dual-subject talents training.
