摘要
目的 了解十五年来儿童少年精神疾病诊断与治疗的变迁情况。方法 随机抽取上海心理咨询门诊病历 30 0 0份 (每年 2 0 0份 )进行统计分析。结果 儿童少年精神疾病诊断逐渐标准化 ,位于首位的疾病是多动症、情绪障碍逐年增多。Ritaline成为多动症的唯一治疗药物 ,心理治疗逐年增多。结论 儿童少年精神疾病诊断趋于科学化 ,治疗趋于全面性。
Objective To study the change in the diagnosis and thoapy of childhood or adolescent onset in psychiatric disorders over fifteen years.Method 3000 out-patient cases(200 every year) about childhood and adolescent onset psychosical counstiling in ShangHai were randomly chose and were analyzed.Results Diagnosis about childhood or Adolescent onset in psychiatric disorders tended to standard.Hyperative child syndrome was the most disease of it,Ritaline was the first drug of curing it,Affecfive disorder was a continuing in crease with age ,psychotherapy was a confinuing imcrease with age.Condusion Diagnosis of childhood or Adolescent onset in psychiatric disorders was tending to science and therapy of it was tending to gearalization.
