摘要
国际大电网会议 ( CIGRE)关于电力系统分析技术的委员会 ( SC38)在 2 0 0 0年大会上的论文和讨论集中在 2个方面 :其一是市场环境下电力系统安全性的分析和控制方法 ,其中包括电力系统分析、在线安全评估、安全分析的概率方法和增加系统传输容量等议题 ;其二是在电力市场中 ,能量交易经济风险策略的现状和趋向。文中除综述关于电力系统安全性的论文及讨论外 。
Both activities of CIGRE'2000 and trends on power system analysis methods and techniques are reviewed in thispaper. The main subjects discussed in the conference are: (1) power system assessment, on--line security assessment,probabilistic approach to security assessment and system capability enhancement: (2) state of the art and future trends onfinancial risk strategies to cope with energy trading in new power sector models. Comments of this author are also given.
