摘要
从我国电力改革现阶段的基本情况出发 ,对发电侧电力市场的辅助服务进行了研究 ,提出了以机组的调整能力和实际参与辅助服务的容量为基础的辅助服务结算模型 ,给出了采用变步长动态规划法对模型的求解步骤 ,并通过十台机组参与 AGC(自动发电控制 )
Based on the current instance of power market innovation,this article mainly researched on ancillary services on generation power market.It set forth accounts settlement model based on regulate ability and effective capacity that power unit can afford to take part in ancillary services.The model is illuminated by using Dynamic Programming Method in various stepsize,and an instance for ten power units participated in AGC market is given to verify the practicability and validity of the model.
