摘要
生物碱是自然界中存在的一类具有广泛生理活性的碱性含氮化合物。随着生物碱类物质药用价值的凸显,如何科学高效地从植物中分离、纯化生物碱已经引起了人们广泛的关注。文章系统归纳总结了近年各种提取分离、纯化方法在生物碱制备中的应用情况,并对其发展前景进行了探讨。
Alkaloid is a kind of alkaline nitrogen compounds with extensive physiological activities existed in the nature. As more and more biological medicinal value has been focused on alkaloids, how to separate alkaloids from plants sciencely and effi- ciently has caused people＇s wide attention. This paper reviews the application and progress of different extraction, separation, puri- fication methods of alkaloid and analyses their advantages and disadvantages. The principle and development prospects were also discussed.
