摘要
绿茶具有抗衰老、预防心血管疾病、提高免疫力、抗菌杀菌、消炎止泻等多种功能。实验目的是让学生采用"滤纸片法"和"平板计数法"了解绿茶汁对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌杀菌效果,及自制绿茶面膜、绿茶洗面液并将其进行开发应用。实验结果表明,绿茶汁对金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显的抗菌杀菌效果,学生自制的绿茶面膜及绿茶洗面液对面部皮肤有明显的改善作用。通过开设本项应用性实验可以锻炼学生的专业技能,并提高学生的科研创新能力。
Green tea has many functions such as resisting aging,preventing cardiovascular diseases,improving body immunity,resisting and killing bacteria,resisting inflammation and diarrhea,etc.The purpose of this experiment is to let students understand the green tea juice which has the antibacterial and bactericidal effect on the Staphylococcus aureus,self-made green tea mask and green tea facial washing liquid by the＂Filter paper method＂and＂Plate counting method,＂and the development and application of these green products are carried out.The experimental results show that green tea juice has obvious antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,and the green tea mask and green tea washing liquid made by the students have obvious improvement on the facial skin.By setting up this applied experiment,students＇ professional skill can be trained and their scientific research and innovation ability is improved.
