摘要
目的:探讨CT在老年人颅脑损伤的诊断及预后评估中的作用。方法:选择老年颅脑外伤患者55例,所有患者均接受CT检查。观察患者颅脑损伤的CT表现及其预后。结果:CT检查显示颅骨骨折27例,硬膜外血肿及硬膜下血肿21例,脑内血肿7例,蛛网膜下腔出血14例,脑挫裂伤12例。预后差的患者中,基底池受压及消失的比例显著高于预后好的患者,中线结构重度移位的比例显著高于预后好的患者,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT可以清晰的显示老年人颅脑损伤,并可以对预后进行评估。
Objective： To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis and prognosis of head injury in elderly patients. Methods： 55 elderly patients with traumatic brain injury were chosen, all patients under-went CT examination. Result： CT detected skull fracture of 27 cases, epidural hematoma, subdural hematoma in 21 cases, intracerebral hematoma in 7 cases, subarachnoid hemorrhage in 14 cases, brain contusion in 12 cases. In poor prognosis patients, the proportion of basal cistern compression and disappear significantly higher than patients with good prognosis, the midline structures severe shift was significantly higher than pa-tients with good prognosis, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） clearly show the brain injury in elderly patients, it can also assess the prognosis.
