老年颅脑损伤患者CT图像计分与血清中白细胞介素-12、-18和C反应蛋白表达的关系 被引量:6

摘要 创伤性颅脑损伤可以引起继发性脑损伤,目前认为损伤过程中产生的炎性相关因子是继发性损伤中的重要因素〔1,2〕。颅脑损伤时可以产生多种炎性相关因子〔3〕,如白细胞介素( IL)-12、-18和C反应蛋白( CRP)等,此时可以引起炎性为主的级联反应,加重脑水肿和神经元的损伤作用〔4〕。老年患者常伴有退行性病变和慢性疾病,本文观察老年颅脑损伤患者CT图像评分与血清中IL-12、-18和CRP的表达特征及与预后的相关。
