摘要
文化是经济社会发展的重要支撑。天津市职业教育改革创新示范区成为具有鲜明特色和国际水准的全国技能型人才培养培训基地,不仅需要政策、制度的规约,更需要深层次的文化层面的关照。高等职业教育是推动城市文化发展的重要载体之一,从文化层面审视和推动高职教育的改革发展,是示范区建设的重要内容。
Culture can provide important support for economic and social development. Tianjin Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Demonstration Area should be a national base for all kinds of talent training. In order to have its ourn special characteristics and up to international levels and standards,it does not only need favorable policies, rules and regulations, bot also important culture. Higher vocational education is an important part of cultural development in our cities. Therefore, it is of vital importance to reform our higher vocational education and develop the Demonstration Area form a cultural perspective.
