适用于基层医院的间皮细胞免疫细胞化学标志物 被引量：2

摘要 富含间皮细胞的胸腹腔积液是基层医院细胞学室的常见标本。随着免疫组化技术广泛开展，细胞块免疫细胞化学技术得以应用。但受标本量等因素限制，一般基层医院常难以购置种类众多的免疫化学标志物。本文选用几种常用的间皮细胞免疫标志物Calretinin、MC、CK5／6、vimentin，行细胞块免疫细胞化学检查，旨在寻找适用于基层医院细胞学室的经济有效的间皮细胞免疫化学的标志物。
