摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定丹膝颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:AgilentEclipse XDB-C18;流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:230nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果芍药苷浓度在5.810~116.2μg.mL-1范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.73%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结果本方法操作快速、结果准确,可用于丹膝颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of peoniflorin in Danxi Granules. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (25 : 75), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 230 nm, the column temperature was at 30 ℃, the inject volume was 10 μL. Results A good linear correlation of peoniflorin was observed within the range of 5. 810-116.2μg · mL^-1 (r=0. 9999). The average recovery was 98. 73% with RSD 1.13% (n=6). Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Danxi Granules.
