摘要
目的:建立参苓护肝胶囊的质量控制标准。方法:选用薄层色谱法对参苓护肝胶囊中的茯苓、白术、赤芍和白芍进行定性鉴别,同时应用HPLC法测定参苓护肝胶囊中芍药苷的含量,Thermo Accliam C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,在230nm检测波长下以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果:茯苓、白术、赤芍和白芍的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度高,重现性好。芍药苷在0.01816~2.797μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.47%,RSD为2.52%。结论:该方法操作简便快捷、专属性强、结果准确可靠,为参苓护肝胶囊质量标准的建立提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the quality control standard of Shenling Hugan capsule.Methods The TLC was used for qualitative identification of Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba in Shenling Hugan capsule.The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Under the 230nm detection wavelength,a Thermo Accliam C18(5?m,4.6mm×250mm)was adopted for analytes separation.Gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile(A)and water containing 0.1%phosphoric acid(B).Results The TLC spots of Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba were clear,with high separation and good reproducibility.The HPLC method had good linear relationship in range of 0.01816~2.797?g(r=0.9999)for Paeoniflorin.Average recoveries was 101.47%.RSD values was 2.52%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable and with strong specificity.It will provide a scientific basis to quality standard of Shenling Hugan capsule.
