摘要
目的分析松原市城乡居民健康素养水平影响因素,采取不同健康教育干预方法,提高城乡居民的整体健康素养水平。方法采取分层单纯随机抽样方法确定监测对象,采用中国健康教育中心统一印制的《2009年中国公民健康素养调查问卷》进行横断面调查。结果影响居民健康素养水平的因素与年龄、文化程度、收入水平和城乡居住环境有关,均P<0.05;与性别无关,P>0.05。结论健康素养水平随文化程度降低和收入水平降低而降低,>50岁年龄组人群健康素养水平偏低,城市居民健康素养水平高于农村。
Objective To analyze and comprehend the key factors which have impacts on the health literacy standard of the urban and rural residents of Songyuan city, in order to take the feasible health education measures towards relevant target population on the basis of different influencing factors, then launch the running of health education and health promotion, and finally enhance the holistic health literacy standard of Songyuan residents. Methods The monitoring target was con- firmed by the method of layered simple random sampling, and cross - section survey was carried out based on the China Citizen Health Literacy Survey in 2009 developed by China Health Education Center Unity. Results The factors impacting the health literacy standard of the residents were mainly affected by age, education degree , income level, and the dwelling environment, all P 〈 0. 05 ; while had nothing to do with the factor of gender,P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Health literacy standard decreases with the decline of education degree and income level, the health literacy standard of the age group above 50 years old is lower, the health literacy standard of the urban citizens is higher than that of the rural area.
