摘要
透波陶瓷纤维是制备陶瓷基透波复合材料的重要增强体,其耐高温性能已成为制约高马赫数导弹天线罩发展和应用的关键因素。本文综述了近年来新型耐高温透波陶瓷纤维包括氮化硅纤维、氮化硼纤维、硅氮氧纤维和硅硼氮纤维的研究进展,并对其未来的发展趋势作了展望。
Wave-transparent fibers are indispensable reinforcements for ceramic matrix based wave- transparent composites. However, the high temperature strength of fibers has restricted the development of high speed missile radomes. In this article, the new progress of high performance wave-transparent fibers such as silicon nitride fiber, boron nitride fiber, silicon oxynitride fiber and silicgn boronitride fiber were illustrated. In addition, the development of such fibers was also reviewed.
