摘要
针对建设项目中管线图纸错误及施工返工问题,在某项目中建立管线综合建筑信息模型(BIM)。通过BIM模型的管线碰撞,在图审阶段解决了二维图纸中的所有错误,实现了图纸优化;通过模型出图,实现了管线图纸的集成化和可视化,增加了读图效率;通过施工模拟,方便了施工交底,提高了沟通效率。
To solve the problem of drawing errors and re-construction in the construction of pipeline,a comprehensive pipeline BIM model was established in a construction project.With the pipeline collision testing of the BIM model,all the mistakes of the two-dimensional drawings were solved and the drawings were optimized during the drawing review phase.Through the drawing generation function of the BIM,the drawings of the pipeline were integrated and visualized,which improved the reading efficiency of the drawings.Construction simulation was also performed based on BIM,which facilitated the construction work and improved the efficiency of communication.
