摘要
介绍了凡口铅锌矿选硫工艺革新的原因及高铁硫精矿的市场价值。通过实验室小型试验、半工业试验,确定了新工艺流程。工艺改造后引进了XCF和KYF机械搅拌式充气型浮选机,选硫系统的技术经济指标大幅提高,可同时获取高硫精矿和低硫精矿,创造了良好的经济效益。
Reasons for renovation of sulfur beneficiation technique in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine were explained and the economic value of high ferrous sulfur concentrate was analyzed. After laboratory batch tests and pilot test, a new technical flowsheet was determined. XCF and KYF mechanical agitation pneumatic flotation machines were introduced amid the technical renovation and the technico-economic index of sulfur-flotation system were improved significantly, as concentrates with high and low content of sulfur can be obtained concurrently, bringing in more economic profit.
