摘要
动脉粥样硬化发病率逐年升高,致力于动脉粥样硬化发生机制及其影响因素的研究也越来越深入。小凹蛋白-1作为参与调控动脉粥样硬化形成机制的转化生长因子β(TGF-β/smads)信号通路的关键因素逐渐受到重视,并不断取得新进展。本文主要从血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ,AngII)及氧化低密度脂蛋白(Oxidizedlow-density lipoprotein,ox-LDL)对小凹蛋白-1的调节及小凹蛋白-1对下游TGF-β/smads信号通路调控两方面做一综述。
The incidence of atherosclerosis increases year by year, and the research on mechanism and influ-ence factors of atherosclerosis is unceasingly thorough. As an important regulatory factor in TGF-β/smads signal path- way, Caveolin-1 plays an role in the formation mechanism of atherosclerosis, and its function has been attached great importance increasingly with new advance constantly. This article mainly introduces how the AnglI and ox-LDL regu-lates Caveolin-1 and how Caveolin-1 regulates TGF-β/smads signal channel.
