摘要
本文以醋酸乙烯酯为主要单体,壳聚糖作为改性剂,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制备改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,探讨了引发剂用量和壳聚糖用量对改性乳液性能的影响。结果表明:引发剂用量为0.6%,壳聚糖用量为1.25%(占单体总量)是最佳用量,此条件下合成的改性乳液胶粘剂的耐水性、抗冻性均有所提高,具有较高的粘接能力。红外结果表明,壳聚糖与醋酸乙烯酯发生了共聚反应。
The modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion was copolymerized with the monomer of vinyl acetate (VAc) and the modifier of ehitosan by the technique of semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The influences of content of initiator and chitosan were discussed on the modified emulsion performance. The results showed that when initiator and chitosan were 0.6% and 1.25% of the amount of monomer VAc respectively the modified emulsion was obtained. The water resistance and freezing resistance of the obtained emulsion which showed high bonding ability were improved. In addition, it was indicated that chitosan copolymerized with vinyl acetate by Infrared spectra.
