摘要
以叔碳酸乙烯酯、乙酸乙烯酯等为主要单体,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,在引发剂作用下采用无皂乳液聚合制备出了无皂醋叔乳液胶粘剂。着重探讨了共聚单体配比、引发剂和聚乙烯醇掺量等对树脂性能的影响。研究结果表明:由于不使用乳化剂,使得耐水性大大提高,解决了传统聚合技术耐水性差的缺点;适量聚乙烯醇能够增加产品的黏稠度,同时经济成本低。
Soap-free vinegar tertiary emulsion adhesive was prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization with tertiary vinyl carbonate and vinyl acetate as main monomers,polyvinyl alcohol as dispersant.The effects of the ratio of copolymers,initiator and polyvinyl alcohol on the properties of resins were discussed.The research showed that the water resistance of the product was greatly improved by using no emulsifier,and the shortcoming of poor water resistance of traditional polymerization technology was solved.Proper amount of polyvinyl alcohol could increase the viscosity of products,and at the same time,economic cost was low.
