摘要
信息异化植根于社会形态变迁之中,关涉人的社会适应问题,可以从人适应信息社会的角度出发研究如何控制信息异化。就人自觉适应信息社会而言,作为一种强有力的行为动机,恐惧,特别是信息恐惧,无疑应该受到关注。信息恐惧管理和信息恐惧的整合功能蕴含着信息主体在主动适应信息社会的过程中,自觉控制信息异化的防御机制和行为倾向。政府等外部因素应利用信息主体的这一内在基础,由控制信息异化的主导者转变为服务者。基于信息恐惧管理和恐惧整合的自觉发生、发展过程,一方面,应确立并宣扬一种尽可能以信息生态平衡等为主要内容的核心价值观、信息观;另一方面,提供"信息社会契约化"发展平台,促进公共信息领域的民主化、契约化,以其强大的统摄力、控制力控制信息异化。
How to control information alienation can be studied from the perspective of human adaption to the information soci- ety, since information alienation is rooted in the transition of social morphology and related to human adaption to the society. Talking about human conscious adaptation to the information society, as a powerful behavioral motivation, fear, especially fear of informa- tion, should be paid attention to. Fear-of-information management and the integrated function of fear of information contain the infor- mation agent＇s defense mechanism and behavioral tendency of conscious control of information alienation in its active adaption to the information society. The external factors such as government should make use of information agent, the intrinsic basis, to change from the leader to the service provider in the control of information alienation. Based on the conscious occurrence and development process of fear-of-information management and fear integration, government should, on the one side, establish and spread the core value view or information view with information ecology balance as its main content ; on the other hand, provide the platform for the development of ＂information society contract＂ so as to promote the democratization and contracting of the public information domain and control information alienation with its mighty unifying and controlling power.
