食品安全网络舆情信息传播风险影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 [研究目的]近年来社会高度关注食品安全问题,由食品安全事件引发的网络舆情风险递增,对社会稳定产生负面影响。因此,通过构建食品安全网络舆情信息传播风险评估模型,分析影响风险类型的关键因素,以帮助相关部门及时发现和评估舆情风险,提高风险预警能力。[研究方法]基于言语行为理论,将舆情信息内容作为研究对象,由说话者言语信息构建舆情信息传播风险影响因素特征集,由受话者言语信息构建风险类型的多标签标注体系,并借助稀疏性多标签学习模型对关键特征进行选择,实现对网络舆情信息传播风险影响因素的研究。[研究结论]实验结果表明,该模型可有效提取影响信息传播风险类型的关键特征,为食品安全网络舆情的风险监测与预警提供决策依据。 [Research purpose]In recent years,society has paid high attention to food safety issues,and the risk of online public opinion caused by food safety incidents has increased,which has a negative impact on social stability.Therefore,by constructing a risk assessment model for the dissemination of public opinion information on food safety networks,this study analyzes the key characteristics that affect risk types,and helps relevant departments timely identify and evaluate public opinion risks,improving risk warning capabilities.[Research method]Based on speech act theory,the content of public opinion information is taken as the research object,constructs a feature set of risk influencing factors for public opinion information dissemination from the speaker's speech information,constructs a multi label annotation system for risk types from the speaker's speech information,and selects key features using a sparse multi label learning model to achieve research on the factors influencing the risk of online public opinion information dissemination.[Research conclusion]The experimental results indicate that the model can effectively extract key features that affect the types of information dissemination risks,providing decision-making basis for risk monitoring and early warning of food safety network public opinion.
