摘要
笔者分析了两起10 kV系统用移开式开关柜在正常操作中发生的三相对地短路并造成人员受伤的事故原因,提出了移开式开关柜潜在绝缘缺陷的改进措施,通过反措的落实,避免了类似事故的再发生,完善了移开式开关柜选型要求,为广东电网使用健康安全的设备提供了规范指引。
This paper analyzes the 10 kV system removal-type switchgear＇s accident reasons of two times 3-phase short circuit to ground occurred in normal operation, and the accident caused the personnel injury; puts forward the improvement measures of removal-type switchgear potential insulation defects. To avoid the similar accident happen again, the measures have been performed. The selection requirements of removal-type switchgear have been improved and the standard guidelines have been provided for Guangdong Power Grid Corporation use health and safety equipments.
