摘要
目的论普通金属烤瓷冠与全瓷冠在前牙应用中的比较。方法选择普通金属烤瓷冠的患者(100例)选择全瓷冠的患者(100例),观察两种瓷冠在修复前牙时在临床上的优缺点。结果普通烤瓷冠和全瓷冠在修复前牙时均有美观实用的特点。但是全瓷冠的优点是光泽度好看起来非常的自然,更接近自然牙,也不容易出现牙龈黑线。缺点是内冠的强度不如金属内冠的强度大,造价也比较高。普通烤瓷冠的优点是金属内冠的强度大,价格也较便宜。但是缺点是普通的烤瓷冠例含有镍具有轻微的毒性也易产生牙龈黑线。全瓷冠更适用于前牙。
Objective To explore metal-ceramic crowns with all-ceramic crowns in the anterior teeth in the application of comparison.Methods Selection of met al-ceramic crowns patients（n=100） selection of all-ceramic crowns of the patients（n=100）,the observation of two all-ceramic crown in restoration of anterior teeth in the clinical advantages and disadvantages.Results The results of ordinary porcelain crown and all ceramic crown in the restoration of anterior teeth were beautiful and practical characteristics.But the all-ceramic crowns of the advantages of gloss looks very natural,close to the natural teeth,was not prone to gingival black.Disadvantage is the inner crown is not as strong as inner crown met al strength big,cost was high.Ordinary porcelain crown had the advantage of inner crown met al strength,prices are also cheaper.But the drawback was the ordinary porcelain crown cases containing nickel with minor toxicity is easy to produce the gum line.So the all-ceramic crown is more suitable for anterior teeth.
