摘要
为了预测和控制移动火源扩散火焰的燃烧,对火焰图像特性的影响因素和规律进行研究.通过高速摄像仪,实时记录移动火源扩散火焰在圆周运动下的形态特征,利用力场分析和MATLAB工具,得到火焰面积随火焰线速度的变化规律以及火焰倾角随火焰线速度的变化.研究发现,燃烧产生热量和气流散热两者综合地导致火焰面积随着线速度的递增而先增大后减小;随着火焰线速度的增大,刚开始火焰倾角升幅较快,后趋于平缓;火焰内外温差会影响浮升力的大小,进而影响燃烧的稳定性.
Unlike static flame, moving fire refers to the source of fire in motion. In order to predict and control the combustion of moving fire diffusion flame, the influential factors and the characteristics of flame images were studied. The morphological characteristics of diffusion flame in circular motion were taken by the online high-speed camera. With the analysis of force field and MATLAB tool, the regulations of flame area and the curve of flame inclination under various linear velocities were obtained. The experimential results show that the flame area and flame inclination change with linear velocity. With the rise of linear velocity, flame area increases first and then decreases due to the combined effects of combustion heat and dissipation cause, and flame inclination grows rapidly at the beginning and gets flattened. The temperature difference between the internal and external space of flame has a great influence on buoyancy, which is related to the stability of combustion.
