摘要
对四角切向燃烧锅炉炉膛火焰图像特征参数提取算法进行了研究。常用的特征参数包括火焰图像亮度、面积、高温面积率、质心偏移距离、圆形度等,给出了批量获取火焰图像及特征参量的程序算法,并针对圆形度计算中周长不易准确提取的问题,提出了在边界轮廓跟踪时累计奇步、偶步数量计算周长的算法,准确地计算出了高温区火焰图像的轮廓周长及圆形度,这些特征量的准确提取有利于燃烧状态的准确诊断。
This paper studies on the algorithm of extracting feature parameters from boiler flame images of foursquare tangential combustion boilers. The common feature parameters include the brightness area ,high temperature area rate, centroidal offset and circularity ere.of the flame images. The paper offers software algorithms for batch extracting feature parameters of flame images, and presents an algorithm of odd step summation and even step perimeter calculation according to the problems of perimeter not easily extracted in circularity calculations. The algorithm precisely calculates the contour perimeter and circularity of flame images in the high temperature area. The precise extraction of the feature parameters is in favor of the precise diagnosis of the combustion status.
