摘要
目的探讨乳酸杆菌与变异链球菌相互作用关系。方法采用共培养的方法检测嗜酸乳杆菌与变异链球菌的共聚现象,以及浓度、pH值、糖发酵底物、唾液和Ca^2+等因素对共聚的影响。结果嗜酸乳杆菌可以利用不同糖类为发酵底物,在广泛pH值范围内与变异链球菌共聚,唾液不影响共聚,但此共聚具有Ca^2+依赖性。结论嗜酸乳杆菌能与变异链球菌产生共聚,提示口腔微生态环境中,可利用乳酸杆菌与变异链球菌共聚结合形成沉淀的特性,清理变异链球菌降低患龋风险,具有一定的防龋价值。
Objective To investigate the interaction of lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC4356 with streptococcus mu- tans Methods Study coaggregation of this two bacterias in vitro by co-culture and influence factors of concentration, pH ,sugar substitutes ,saliva,calcium on it. Results It indicated that lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC4356 can coag- gregate with streptococcus mutans in the presence of different sugar substitutes and wide pH range in saliva, but it is calcium-dependent. Conclusion It is reasonable to speculate that in oral microenvionment coaggregation of lactobacillus acidophilus with streptococcus mutans may reduce caries risk by clearing streptococcus mutans basing on this result. It may apply useful informations for prevention of caries.
