摘要
当前,转基因技术研究逐渐深入,农业生产中转基因技术的应用也日益广泛,大量转基因作物正逐步进入商业化生产阶段。转基因作物的大面积释放,有可能使得原先实验室或小范围内不太可能发生的潜在危险得以表现出来,进而引发一系列的风险问题。本文简要综述了农业转基因技术在应用中存在的风险,并根据我国转基因作物风险管理面临的形势,提出了风险预防、风险转移、风险控制等风险应对策略。
With the rapid development of research on transgenic technology and the increasingly wide application of transgenic technology in agricultural production, a large amount of genetically modified crops have gradually entered the commercial production stage. Release of genetically modified crops over large areas may make potential dangers come out, which are unlikely to do in laboratory or small area, thus causing a series of risks. This paper briefly reviewed the risks of agricultural transgenic technology when applied, and put forward countermeasures such as risk prevention, risk transfer and risk control on the basis of China＇s situation of risk management of genetically modified crops.
