红芪对肉仔鸡抗氧化性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of radix hedysari on antioxidant status and immunity in broilers

摘要 选用240只0日龄AA肉公雏,研究饲粮中添加红芪对肉仔鸡抗氧化性能和免疫功能的影响。试验采用单因子完全随机设计,分为基础饲粮和基础饲粮中添加0.5%、1%和2%的红芪,共4个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期6周,自由采食和饮水。与基础饲粮相比,饲粮中添加红芪能显著提高肉仔鸡21和42日龄血浆、多数组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P≤0.012),显著提高了两期血浆、肝脏和心脏的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P≤0.024);降低了21日龄血浆的MDA含量(P=0.026);肉鸡前、后期的T-淋巴细胞酸性α萘酯酶染色阳性率(ANAE+)在红芪添加组显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。这些结果说明,红芪能提高肉鸡的抗氧化性能和细胞免疫功能。 One experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of radix hedysari on antioxi- dant status and immunological status of broilers. A completely randomized design was used. Two hundred and fourty oday-old male arbor acres broilers were randomly allocated to four treatments with each treatment having 6 replicates of 10 birds. The four treatments were basal diet and basal diet with addition of 5, 10, 20 g/kg radix hedysari. The experiment lasted 42 d posthatching. Compared with the control group, radix hedysari supplementation could improve the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (P〈0.012) in plasma, heart, liver and kidney at 21 d and 42 d. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity(P≤0.024) in plasma, liver and heart at 21 d and 42 d were also improved. Content of malonaldehyde (MDA) of plasma at 2! d was de- creased (P=0.026).There was a significant increase in a-naphthyl acetate esterase positive (ANAE+) percentage at both 21 (P〈0.001) and 42 d (P〈0.001) in radix hedysari addition group than that in basal group. The results suggested that radix hedysari supplementation to the diet could improve the antioxidant status and cell-mediated immunity of broilers.
