摘要
为测定哈茨木霉菌株TC_3和NF_9对水稻纹枯病的防治效果及防治过程中不同因素对防治效果的影响,于中国水稻研究所富阳基地的温室和网室内通过人工接种诱发水稻纹枯病,分别用哈茨木霉菌株TC_3和NP_9进行防治。研究结果表明,菌株TC_3和NP_3对水稻纹枯病均具有一定的防治效果,最高防效分别为77.56%和83.09%,同时还分析了哈茨木霉防治水稻纹枯病的施用方法、施用适期、施用数量及其对不同水稻品种苗期、分蘖期及抽穗期纹枯病的防治效应,以及诸因素对木霉菌在防治水稻纹枯病中的相互影响。
Two Trichoderma harzianum isolates TC3 and NF9 were determined for the control efficacy to sheath blight of rice (ShB) in greenhouse and net-house at Fuyang Experimental Station, CN-RRI. The results showed that both isolates were active against ShB. The maximum control efficacy of isolates TC3 and NF9 to ShB were 77.56% and 83.09% , respectively. The application methods, delivery dose of the two isolates to different rice cultivars in different growing stages were also analyzed. Meanwhile, the relationship of different factors to T. harzianum in control efficacy of rice sheath blight was discussed.
