摘要
目的采用16层螺旋CT后处理技术用于胸部骨骼骨折的诊断,以指导治疗。方法 50例有胸部外伤患者在完成胸部X线检查后,根据患者病情,选择16层螺旋CT扫描,同时实行三维重建的多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现(VR)的技术成像而显示骨折。结果经16层螺旋CT确诊37例肋骨骨折、5例胸骨骨折;8例肩胛骨、锁骨及肱骨骨折。结论应用16层螺旋CT后处理技术对胸部外伤造成的骨折的诊断具有十分重要价值及指导治疗意义。
Objective To evaluate the 16-slice spiral CT reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of thoracic fracture. Methods Data of 50 patients who had received treatment in our hospital were collected. All the patients underwent both X-ray and 16-slice spiral CT scan, and at the same time muhiplanar reconstruction ( MPR), curved planar reformation (CPR) ,volume rendering (VR) were performed to demonstrate the thoracic fracture. Results 37 rib fractures, 5 sternal fractures and 8 bladebone, collarbone and humeral fractures were definitely diagnosed. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT reconstruction technology plays an important role in diagnosis and treatments of patients with thoracic fractures.
