摘要
目的探讨16层螺旋CT后处理技术在胸廓创伤中的应用价值。方法对84例胸廓创伤者进行MPR、VR、3D-MIP等后处理技术重建。结果84例胸廓损伤,其中肋骨骨折84例,肩胛骨骨折20例,锁骨骨折16例,胸椎骨折32例及胸骨骨折7例,均获得满意的临床显示效果,诊断准确。结论16层螺旋CT后处理技术在胸廓创伤诊断中,快捷、方便、准确,尤其是骨折立体影像显示方面优势明显,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To expore the clinical value of postprocessing techniques with 16-slice spiral CT on thoracic trauma. Method the postprocessing techniques included MPR,VR,3D-MIP were performed on 84 cases with thoracic trauma. Result Of all, 84 cases were showed rib fracture ,20 cases scapula, 16 cases clavicle fracture,32 cases thoracic vertebrae fracture and 7 cases sternum, and all cases were got accurate diagnosis for satisfactory imaging display of fractrues. Conclusion The postprocessing techniques of 16-slice spiral CT are rapid, convenient and accurate in dianogsis of thoracic trauma, and especially the stereo images show of fracture possesses significant advantage and good clinical applicational value.
